Diesel fuel that was initially prohibited from entering hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico was allowed into Guayanilla on Thursday night by the Biden administration.
The Marshall Islands-flagged tanker GH Parks, which loaded outside of Texas earlier this month, was unable to discharge four days ago due to the Jones Act, a maritime restriction that requires U.S.-flagged ships to transport goods between U.S. ports.
